Torned

“I chose to illustrate the act of tearing the memory of the victims, whose lives are in danger. It’s not enough that the victims are torn from their lives and the lives of their families; their memory is also torn by people whose conscience has been numbed. My painting functions as a forensic view of the present. I hope to convey the indifference of people worldwide to the brutal attack on the victims and the emotional tearing of their families
